With years of experience in behavioral health, LeShawna has helped individuals and couples address complex issues such as substance use, family dynamics, and life transitions. She incorporates cultural sensitivity, coaching techniques, and a deep understanding of family systems into her practice to foster growth and resilience. LeShawna’s expertise also extends to working in acute community settings, utilizing a variety of therapy interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy and Person Centered Therapy.

About Your Counselor
LeShawna is a Licensed Professional Counselor with almost 16 years of experience in various areas of mental health. She received her Bachelors in Psychology from Jacksonville State University and continued her education obtaining a Masters Degree in Community Agency Counseling.
